Peanut Butter Chocolate Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 3/4 cup of (soy) greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup of plant based chocolate milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 tbps maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Makes two portions, place the second portion in the fridge for tomorrow! It thinkens in the fridge; you may need to add a little more milk to make it drinkable again.
