Peanut Butter Chocolate Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 3/4 cup of (soy) greek yoghurt
- 1 cup of plant based chocolate milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 tbps maple syrup
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Makes two portions, place the second portion in the fridge for tomorrow! It thinkens in the fridge; you may need to add a little more milk to make it drinkable again.
